It will not be the same when we see you Mal without Marie by your side, and when we are together celebrating Olivia and Lucy with our joint families. But there will always be a palpable presence of Marie especially in Kim, Jacqui and her beautiful granddaughters. Marie was such a beautiful soul and it was a privilege knowing her. Life is beautiful but sometimes we are challenged by unexpected circumstances that can draw on all of your resilience. Marie Williams was one such person who was a kind a generous person who will be remembered. In all the time I spent with Marie and her family, she always made me feel so welcome and loved. I'm grateful to have known her.

While I never had the honour of meeting Marie, her legacy shines clearly through her remarkable daughter Kim who has shown me generosity, kindness and shaped the person I am today in ways that I can never repay. Undoubtedly she learned this way of being from an incredible mum. My heartfelt condolences to you all.

I met Marie through photography and we became friends. We enjoyed catching up over a coffee and cake. She was always such happy person and I will miss her very much. My love and prayers go to Mal and her family.
