Team Teal is off and racing in 2023!

01 Feb 2023

1 February – 15 March 2023

WomenCan are privileged to again partner with The Harness Racing Industry and Tabcorp this February and March, as we harness the power of hope for those affected by ovarian and gynaecological cancers.

About Team Teal

Team Teal is a WomenCan campaign that raises funds and awareness for women with ovarian and gynaecological cancers. The Harness Racing Industry across Australia and New Zealand have embraced Team Teal, championing the campaign by donating funds for every reinswoman win during the 6 week campaign. Throughout the campaign every reinswoman will wear their teal pants to raise much needed funds for pioneering gynaecological cancer research and educational programs to improve outcomes for women now and into the future.

Keep an eye out on the track for all things teal and cheer on reinswomen across the nation as they cross the finish line! For every reinswoman that crosses the finish line first, Team Teal will receive a donation from the Harness Racing state associations and campaign partner Tabcorp.

To date, together with our partners, Team Teal has raised over $2.5 million since its inception in 2010.
