Night at the Trots 2022
The 13th annual Night at the Trots fundraiser took place on Saturday 26th February at Tabcorp Park where our guests enjoyed world class racing, a gourmet three-course meal, won premium prizes at our live & silent auctions and were entertained by our hilarious MC, Danny McGinlay. The teal balloon cash prize draw was once again a popular feature of the evening, as was the raffle, which included indulgent accommodation and golf packages.
Guest speakers included Bhvinder Sidhu, ovarian cancer survivor and Survivors Teaching Students volunteer, who shared her remarkable journey, Team Teal Patron, Duncan McPherson OAM, Steve McGhie MP, Member for Melton, Jane Brook, HRV Board Member and WomenCan's Head of Fundraising and Development, Karen Livingstone AM.
Everyone was in the spirit to dig deep and celebrate Team Teal and we’d like to thank our event sponsors AG Coombs, Woodlands Stud, Alan Mance Motors, IRT, Aldebaran Park and Tabcorp for their support, as well as our Team Teal Patron, Duncan McPherson OAM, whose passion, dedication and generosity continues to go a long way to ensuring the event was a resounding success.
The night was capped off on the track with wins by our Victorian Team Teal Ambassadors Jackie Barker and Kate Gath.
