Australia's richest sprint race returned to Club Menangle on Saturday, March 7: The Miracle Mile.
Club Menangle hosted WomenCan guests including our Campaigns Manager Ella Meehan, Duncan McPherson OAM, Tess McPherson, and our Survivors Teaching Students volunteer Melanie York, in the Chairman’s Lounge.
Survivors Teaching Students volunteer Melanie York gave a powerful speech trackside to all attendees, raising awareness of ovarian cancer, and Duncan McPherson OAM spoke about Team Teal. Little Rascal took out the Team Teal Pace.
The club got behind Team Teal, donating $100 per reinswoman win at the track, which resulted in $2,200 being donated to the campaign.
